Job Specification: Customer Service Executive
Basic Salary: GBP17,000 to GBP22,000
OTE: GBP28,000 to GBP35,000
Commission related in addition to monthly salary, generated by the successful completion of referral business and land and new home opportunities.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 18:30pm
Friday - 8:30am to 18:00pm
Every other Saturday - 9:00am to 17:00pm
Company Benefits: -5.6 weeks including public/bank holidays (subject to a maximum of 28 days)

Key Tasks:
Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical and administrative systems

To work as part of a team

To understand the company values and implement them positively each day

To sell additional services at the designated targets

Always ensure high quality customer care at all times

Assist the department in ensuring personal and team compliance with all relevant legal technical and administrative legislation

List an agreed volume to sell of New Homes Developments and Opportunities

Preparation of comparable reports for Developers

Obtain Referral Business from existing database to include Financial Services, Conveyancing, The Guild & RAN to a determined target

Develop Client Relationship with existing and New developer clients

Ability to up sell and identify business opportunities

Ability to build and maintain working relationships with existing and new clients

Ability to manage time effectively and able to work to deadlines
