Do you only deal with the larger chains?

Not at all. Our time is probably evenly divided between corporate and independent estate agencies. We deal with hundreds of one to five branch operations and devote as much attention to them as we do with the larger chains as often their need greater.

How do you determine which Candidates go to which companies?

During our discussions with both clients and candidates we try to develop a genuine feel for their respective requirements. Often the details are important and can influence who we call. Most of the time however, we try and get a feel for what they are looking for and match these with the appropriate company or vacancy. The majority of our placements are made when we have made introductions to only one or two clients.

Do you reference candidates?

Our standard procedure is to apply for a previous employers reference on any candidate that is not working. However, due to the confidential and sensitive nature of our business we cannot take any references on candidates that are currently employed.

Will registering with you cost me anything?

No. There are no costs, expenses or obligations to any candidate contacting us. We charge a professional pre-agreed introduction fee to our clients.

How long will it take me to find me a position?

There really is no way to tell how long it will take to find the right position until we have an idea of what you are looking for. However, we are usually able to arrange interviews for most people within 24 hours.

Do I have to come and see you?

Where possible we do like to see candidates as it allows us the opportunity to find out more about them and their particular job requirements. However, we realise that due to work or personal commitments it is not always practical. In this situation we simply inform our clients that we haven't had the opportunity to meet you, and proceed as normal.

Will my jobsearch be confidential?

Confidentiality is the keystone of our business. All enquiries are dealt with in strict confidence regardless of who they are or who they work for.

What if the job you find me doesn’t work out for some reason?

Whilst we take every reasonable step to ensure that your new position matches your requirements, it is inevitable that sometimes it doesn't work out. In this situation we would simply ask that you contact us and we will try and find you something more suitable.

Should I register with other recruitment agencies?

There are a few recruitment agencies operating within the estate agency and it is entirely up to you if you want to register with more than one. Additionally, if you allow us a "sole agency" it will ensure that your job search remains confidential and it gives us the time to be more selective in the companies or positions that we to send you to. In our opinion, we are the only recruitment agency worth registering with! (Well, what did you expect?!)
